Tatum Albert
Empowering you through personalized, compassionate support in your journey to healing and growth
I'm a therapist, art/expressive art/play/sand tray practitioner who works with individuals, families and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
With over 25 years of experience in social work practice, education, and therapy, I bring a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach—one where your whole self is welcome. My work is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and relationship-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, emotion-focused approaches, somatic practices, and expressive arts therapies.
I am particularly passionate about supporting caregivers, helpers, deep feelers, high achievers, and those healing from attachment wounds, intergenerational trauma, grief, and difficult life experiences. Together, we create space for greater self-understanding, healing, and self-actualization.
Whether you are new to counselling or returning to it, our work can be a space for reflection, connection, and growth.
“Growth happens when we become curious about ourselves and courageous enough to explore new possibilities.”
